Päiväys mennyt 2 viikkoa sitten ja siihen nähden erittäin hyvä DIPA. Tuoreena vois olla herkullinen.

Wow, wow, wow! What an INCREDIBLE beer from CLOUDWATER! We’ve all said that at some point! What a brewery this is. They really do set the standard! This is HUMAN MEANINGS. An 8.5% DIPA. First of all the pour. It’s a hazy, orange/amber type coloured beer in the glass with a one finger white head. Decent levels of carbonation in the beer. As soon as I opened the can, the aroma was reaching out and smacking me in the chops! There’s grapefruit, pineapple, mango, citrus, blood orange. It’s a little piney. The aroma had me salivating. It’s so tropical. This is exactly what I expect from a brewery of this class! The taste delivers in a huge way! Pineapple and mango up front, some of that orange comes through. There’s a subtle bitterness on the back end. The mouth feel is seriously special. It’s so so smooth as you move the beer about in the mouth. It’s simply delicious! Now... at 8.5%... do you taste the strength? And the answer is NO! Not at all. That could be dangerous because mine went down so well and so quickly. Wanted to reach for another, which I did have, but had to decline. It would of been too much strength too quickly. This was perfect in the sun. Overall, this is a mammoth of a beer! 5 stars almost doesn’t feel enough. CLOUDWATER brew special beer and this is no different.

On kyllä tasapainoinen! Ananasta, mangoa, sopivasti katkeroa humalaa.

Doften är rik på hjortron. Smaken liknar på IPA men ren alkohol dominerar smaken så ölet måste drickas långsamt.
