Nosing: salted lime peel, marmite fresh lemon sourness From opening the bottle the beer is already very fizzy with white flakes visible at the bottom. Taste like fermented rice wine despite the sour, high acidity nosing. Not fizzy, taste like unsweetened makgeolli/ sake with a nutty after taste. Another distinctive beer with strong Japanese roots. Strong rice win flavour profile. This beer uniqueness would mainly apple to those accustomed to the rice wine.
