Très très bonne bière. Nez un peu acide avec arômes de citron, pamplemousse et pomélo. En bouche, c'est un peu acide, doucement salée, et y'a un petit goût de concombre Très rafraîchissant

Flight 2/4. Semilucid, deep yellow to pale gold beer with rich, sustained carbonation builds a cream-colored, cotton head that rises up one finger. The foamy pillow caps the surface for astonishingly long. No splashes are left behind. The olfactory provision offers zesty tropical fruit, including pineapple, lemon, carambola and a truly unexpected coconut. Suits beautifully in the package! I also get a faint candy-like nuance of bubblegum. The palate displays is interestingly earthy and surprisingly salty. The fruit contains lemon pulp, carambola and pineapple zest. Really palatable and juicy! I can also detect coriander though I have no idea whether the beer contains coriander or not. The body is thin but not scanty. The beer finishes with salty lemon zest, pineapple and white currant, perhaps carambola is also still there, I'm not exactly sure though. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is light, quite subtropical, nicely juicy and very summery. It's also slightly herbal and gluggable. Works perfectly as thirst quencher in Geneva's 29°C.
