
Oak Aged Missouri Saison with honey La Ruche is a delicate Missouri Saison fermented using a blend of our local microflora and a traditional Saison yeast. Alfalfa honey was added to this soft beer for refermentation in a Missouri Oak Foedre and was aged to maturity before being naturally conditioned in bottles.
