C'est une bière bien noire, peu carbonatée. Au nez des notes de réglisse et légèrement de café je trouve. Le goût torréfié n'est pas trop prononcé, plus sur un retour cendré. 3.6° c'est peu fort.

La robe est noire avec des reflets rubis. La mousse est crème, pas très persistante. Au nez c’est sucrée. En bouche c’est très sucrée on sent que ça
