Suutuntuma hiilihappoinen, kirpsakka ja aika ohut. Maussa sitrusta, makeutta, hieman tunkkaisuutta ja mangoa. Vähän on iäkäs. Lisäksi liian hiilihappoinen ja ohut omaan makuun. Makupaletti kuitenkin ihan toimiva.

I’m not sure I like simcoe too much as I find it is soapy but this mixes with citra that I love and the result isn’t too bad. Smooth cloudy nectar. Enjoy.
