👁 helles strohgelb, trüb; mittelporiger Schaum 👃🏻 intensiv zitronig 👄 Dem Stil entspricht es: Zitrone, Koriander, Hefe,... Das Ganze wirkt einerseits recht leicht (Zitrone weckt in meinem Kopf einfach Radlerassoziationen) und ist gleichzeitig sämig und etwas sperrig. In mir vollzieht sich ein ähnlicher Spagat: Ich mag die Brauerei, der Bierstil wird aber wohl nicht mehr meiner.
