A couple of sips of a nonalcoholic French cider. It carries a clear, brilliant deep good to pale amber dress. Sparkling carbonation creates a rushed head that climbs half a finger thick until it dies rushedly away. The scent offers sweet Bretagne apple juice. The taste is identical, quite sweet. The finish is short-lived. The mouthfeel is juicy, sparkling, astonishingly mellow, soft and smooth. It's nicely gardeny and summery. The rating echoes two parameters: no alcohol (this is entirely 0.0 %) and sweet. Sweet ciders are definitely not my cup of cider but respecting the drink as it is, this is successful.
