4.5% Sour / Wild Ale
Tropic Thunder is a joint effort with nomadic brewer Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal. We brewed this sour ale with lactobacillus and let it ferment with plentiful mango, passion fruit and peach. Sweet!

Tuoksu aika hapan, vahvasti greippiä ja ananasta. Maku myöskin todella kuivan hapan, mutta silti hedelmäisyys maistuu mukavasti. Jälkimaussa eniten greippiä.
