1000 unique beers...I wanted to celebrate with an exceptional one but this is what I found. Local but average :)
Light amber robe. Not enough foam.
Smell has herbal and fruit aroma, citrusy but also apricot. In someway honeysh.
Taste is not equally gourmet, some fruits flavour, I would say grapefruit. Herbal, maybe anise, licorice root.
Quite bitter, nice persistence.
