Bière blonde, mousse blanc cassé très fine.
Au nez, elle a des arômes herbacés de houblon, très marqués et qui ne mentent pas à la dégustation. L'amertume est présente rapidement, sans excès, avec un peu de longueur, l'ensemble est assez sec.
Elle a un caractère authentique que j'aime bien.
Dommage... je n'en ai ramené qu'une de Florence !

Bière IPA 6%. Brasserie Badbrewer amacord Rimini Italie. Couleur jaune trouble, mousse blanche fine. Odeur herbacée et agrumes. Goût herbes aromatiques, agrumes légers, amertume très moyenne. Peu sucrée et caractère bien à elle... Bonne IPA...
