A very complex flavour, intial sweetness gives way to an almost sherry like aftertaste, at least thats how it seems to me.

Not usually a big fan of saison but this was quite nice. Very mellow with a nice hint of citrus complementing the normal saison flavours that I dont usually like. A good balance
