It’s a very clear slightly fizzy sour/ saison type beer. Theres aromas of earthy fruit, lemon and ginger. It’s light in the mouth with a clean refreshing taste of lemon sherbert. I’m not really tasting the rhubarb but again pressure drop have created a truly unique beer.
