Lucid, pink cider with effervescent, sustained carbonation builds a half-a-finger, white head that dies almost immediately away. The scent offers relatively sweet wild strawberry and a hefty punch of bubblegum. The taste is sweet but not as bad as I anticipated: a sweet cocktail of wild strawberry and cultivated strawberry constitutes the gustatory basis. Bubblegummy or candy-like nuances are fortunately absent. The cider finishes rushedly with medium-sweet strawberry nectar and only a pinch of wild strawberry. The mouthfeel is light, quite soft-drink-like, lip-glueing and summery. It's also refreshing and, unfortunately, a bit artificial.
