Turbid, brown-leaning dark ruby beer resembles lingonberry-flavored rye porridge. The tame, short-enduring carbonation lays a white, fluffy head that builds itself up half a finger tall. The surface calms quickly down to still. The glass is left untouched after the withdrawing foam.
The nose receives a good amount of light-sour raspberry mash and distant strawberry. A milky hint lingers in the background.
The palate puts forward strong sour raspberry and bags of fruity hops, accompanied by a bit of redcurrant, a whisper of strawberry and faint rye malt.
The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with light-tart raspberry and a pinch of rye malt. I also depict remote strawberry, redcurrant and a subtle touch of lingonberry. The aftertaste vanishes from the mouth after a while.
The mouthfeel is light, slightly tart but not puckering, truly juicy, natural and massively gardeny.
