Njoo. Olut pääsi kylmenemään liikaa. Huomio, mitä?! Voiko siis holiton olla LIIAN KYLMÄ ja menettää siksi makunystyjä kutkuttavan katkeruuden ja humaloinnin? Nykyisin hyvinkin voi. Ennen holiton piti juoda jääkylmänä. Kehitystä. Sopivaa pyörittelyä kielellä ja makustelua. Mukavan karvas. Hyvä holiton IPA.

Grillailun kylkeen. Vähän siinä ja siinä, että onko makeutta hilppasen liikaa. Humalointi tasapainottaa kuitenkin tätä.
