Intense copper colour with ivory foam. Strong and defined nose: grassy/flowery aromas with grapefruit. Slightly acidic finish with a touch of balsamic. Well structured body with malt and caramel foundation. Long olfactory duration.

For double IPA it's very light. In that sense itbis interesting and very easy to drink but it is also lacking strong tastes. So I recommend enjoying one in hot summer day!

C’est difficile de dire que c’est bon mais c’est juste très spécial. Un peu comme les bières naturelles. Personnellement je n’ai pas pu la finir.
