Then I went for a beer cocktail called Irish car bomb or something. Basically, a dry stout with 2cl Jameson and 2cl Bailey's dropped into the beer in a shot glass. This enhanced overall too watery dry stout quite nicely. Creaminess of Bailey's and body of Jameson created a good beer cocktail. Or maybe I was just too tipsy and this all was in my head.
