A superbly balanced brew, smooth and rounded without being bland. More sweetness derived from fresh oysters shucked into the conditioning tank, what a way tor go. Oyster Stout has slightly fruity aroma, but I sampled these in Canada so it my very well be different tasting than Europe. I wanna say that the recipe must have been altered because of the smoothness it offers over a once more fishy flavour. I'm a stout man I like stout beer very much. The thicker the darker the more flavor the better. You won't be disappointed with this.

Burnt and spicy caramel bitterness, tastes change over time.

Interessant
