Takes me two years back when all the IPAs I drank were like this. Hops, hops and hops. Apparently simcoe this time. Piney, caramel malt and not too striking, balanced bitterness. Alright body and quite smooth, so to speak. However gets a bit too hop-oily and throat burning when warming, so small portion is recommended.
