Aika perus aluksi. Sit alkoi makujen yllätyshyökkäys. Olipas kiva

This beer colors limpid gold. The extrovert carbonation unleashes a clean white, fluffy head that surpasses one finger. The foamy cap dissolves gradually to a neat lacing wafting on the top and paints the glass with a number of small lace dots.
The fragrance offers a decent medley of lemon zest and grapefruit peel, seasoned with a smaller injection of lemongrass and a sigh of Champage yeast. Fairly refreshing.
The taste profile is not different from the olfactory package: I can receive grapefruit peel and lemon pith, in this order, moderately sharpened by grassy and light-piney hops. The yeasty aroma has lost its noble touch and lingers as rather stuffy on the taste receptors. What felt refreshing on the nose, is not particularly refreshing on the tongue.
The light-bodied beer ends with somewhat sharper nuances of grass, pine needles, citrus pith and peel as well as a pinch of resin, followed by a note of yeast. The aftertaste sprinkles sand on the tastebuds over medium to long duration.
The mouthfeel is light, pithy and a tad piney. It's also relatively musty and uninspiring.

Tuoksuu rapsakan hapokkaan makian skumppaiselta ja maistuu kuivan, ei kuplivan lievän havuisan tasapaksulta. Puoltoista pojoo. PE: 13.06.20.
