Nice pale opaque juice-like appearance with no visible carbonation after the head has dissipated. Quite strong pineapple aroma supported by apricot and orange peel. Light, very soft and creamy silky smooth in the mouth with medium body. It slips down quickly with a fast finish that follows the smoothness of this beer nicely. The flavour is rounded and very soft, no strong citrus spike and no intense tropical fruit standing out. Before you go thinking is gulpable...it's not really as the body and alcohol are fairly hefty and having just had a big 7%+ IPA I will be taking my time on this 6.7% brew. Mango, apricot, peach, pineapple and tangerine all wrapped together in a soft manner. There is a bit of citrus and pine hoppiness on the back end. Maybe even picking up on the oats after swallowing, which would make sense given how silky it is in the mouth. If you concentrate you can get a bit of cream from it. Bit like fruit salad with cream only not acidic. I just remembered to look at the hops used...Citra and Mosaic...there you go! I usually check it before drinking but this has worked out well drinking it blind as it were. Citra can be east or west leaning and Mosaic firmly tugs it to NE. Tropical, citrus, pine and oats...so really it has depth and complexity for a dual hop brew. The more sips you have the nicer it is.

Lovely and smooth with a fruity main taste but not enough resin on the finish.
