Bread crust and toffee abound, Ishmael’s clean, malty flavour and medium body make this beer the perfect dinner companion.

An American Copper Ale from Beer52’s monthly beers. Not the biggest fan of this one

Last of a pretty disappointing beer 52 month. Not my kind of ale at all, no real difference from the other amber ale included. Meh

Initially sweet and malty with a hint of caramel, then quite bitter on the finish.

The 8th beer from this month's Beer 52 New England, Maine box. It pours copper in colour witha white head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is initially sweet and malty with a slightly bitter finish.

Pours a rich, hazy copper / amber colour with a frothy white head. Malty to the max, but nonetheless fresh with a metallic tang adding sharpness.
