Der Paljas Bruin, ersonnen von der Leite Brouwerij und diesmal gefertigt bei Henricus, ist ein kastanienbraunes Bruin. Olfaktorisch unauffällig kommt der Antrunk feinmalzig und mildwürzig rüber. Hinzu kommen feine Karamellnoten. Es schleicht eine herbsüße Bittere vorbei und rundet dieses Bier ab. Sicher kein großes Bruin, aber eben auch kein kleines. Gefällt mir.
