The nitrogen is of great added value to the quad, giving it more body and creaminess and making it extremely drinkable. Cheers to the only Belgian Quad on nitro! On our way home from San Antonio and Whiskey River Ranch. Stop by World of Beers in Katy Texas to try some unusual brews. First in a flight of four. Aroma brings forth the cherry and a little sourness, perhaps vinegar. Small head from the nitro. Deep ruby red color. Flavor is good. Cherries up front followed by a tartness that's not even on the level of sour. Smooth. Bittersweet but I never really picked up on the chocolate.
