Le goût était là mais l’homogénéité de la consistance n’était pas au rdv. Peut être un peu trop vieille ou qui vieilli juste mal ? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Bière au pain, une belle robe, peu s'accommoder avec tout, vu que le goût : Ben y'en à pas 🙃

Dark amber robe, nice dense foam. Smell is sweet and malty with dry biscuits aroma. There are some fruity notes, macerated fruits, maybe orange peel. Also in the taste there is nice sweetness reminding me of the cherry. Also caramel and bread aroma. No bitterness, low persistence. Maybe a little flat after the punchy start.
