Beautiful amber beer with standard moderated carbonation. A little cream color head rise and stay for maybe half of the drink. Aroma of caramel malt and herbal hops. Taste pretty much the same. Caramel, herbal notes and a distant fruit notes. The beer is pretty bitter for à amber beer. I’m not quite sure. It’s my second altbier so far. I know the the hops play a bigger part than in a amber ale in the flavor. The beer is round in mouth and the final is dry. It’s a good beer. It’s not outstanding but well made and for the price it’s all good! Cheers!
