Wenn man Kölsch mag, ist Gaffel vom Fass ne solide Bank. Ich trinke Kölsch unregelmäßig und selten mehr als ne Woche, da geht das absolut.

Kirkas, kullankeltainen olut. Reilu valkoinen vaahto. Tuttu, tummasävyinen tuoksu. Maku tuhdin maltainen. Vahva mutta pehmeä humalointi. Edellisestä kölschistä hyvinkin 10 vuotta mutta se tulikin nautiskeltua ns. paikan päällä. Hienosti makumuisti toimii, maistuu ihan samalle kuin kävelykadun terassilla lämpimänä syysiltana.
