Bonne stout qui ne reste pas longtemps en bouche

I understand dry ageing malt has advantages for brewer’s efficiency however I’m not sure what it does to the actual flavour. This beast of a milk stout had a very unique flavour profile, I can’t pinpoint exactly what it was but I liked it! Very smooth with a slight creaminess, not as creamy as I’d have expected. It was mainly about showcasing those aged malts I guess. Robust, slightly roasty and deceptively strong.

A bit thin and smells of paint stripper. Very dry. That's about it. I expected so much better from Evil Twin.

Là il commence à y avoir quelquechose. On dirait presque la BBB des Blaireaux. Équilibrée, rondeur, c'est pas du ouf, mais du très bon pour un impérial accessible à tous.

Tulee aluksi paahtunut mallas ja kevyt kahvi. Toisessa maku aallossa suolainen lakritsa.
