It is ebony in color, with monk's frock reflections. The nose is intense, with notes of toasting, soy sauce, mocha coffee, tobacco, a hint of balsamic and a hint of tropical fruit. In the mouth it is very soft, enveloping, with a powerful note of licorice and caramelized sugar, accompanied by a hint of mint and a hint of cocoa beans. Despite the structure the balsamic vein makes it quite fresh, relieving the drink relatively. In the end the hopping gives a bitter, very herbaceous. Dedicated to "ax" lovers, it is capable of great aging.

Ensimakuna tummarypäleisen, paahtopuumainen, kevyen maitosuklainen. Miellyttävän notkea runkoinen pysyen kuitenkin riittävän portermaisena kokoajan. Eurooppalainen porter selkeästi, ei tykitä makuja päin näköä vaan asettaa ne nauttijalle saataville tyylikkäästi.
