In our quest to transfer the lovely spicy feel of a good Gin to a new beer, we fell over some old Genever barrels from Belgium. We brew our ground beer well seasoned with juniper, angelica and coriander, and put some of the brew on the old oak barrels. In connection with the bottling, we mix the barreled and tankered beer with the award-winning Nordic Gin. Gin'n Beer is a freshly spiced beer, with a dry crispy mouthfeel, and a medium bitterness. It is a beer that is very suitable for spicy food dishes.
