Medium light (for a stout) and medium dry body. Really foamy while pouring, requires couple of pauses even when pouring gently. Malty, resembling dark lager. Aftertaste adds some ryebread and faint smoke. Some hints of apples also lingering in the background. Aftertaste is the king here, would be excellent if it only were fuller.

Strong carbonation mixes up the palette and makes the beer even lighter. There's a light hoppy crispiness on the surface. The beer is momentarily good, but a bit less as a whole.
