Lucid, deep amber rosegold beer with rich but rushed carbonation unlocks a tiny-bubbled, off-white head that barely reaches two fingers and dissolves hastily to a frazil-icy lacing wafting on the surface. The glass is left untouched when the foam retreats. The fragrance displays medium-sweet apple juice. Interestingly, I'm unable to depict any other nuances among the olfactory supply. The taste receptors follow the apple nectar that hangs around medium-sweet and medium-sour. I also find remote injections of red grape, raspberry and sugared redcurrant. The light-bodied beer finishes with a juicy package that is rich in medium-sour ripe apple, raspberry, redcurrant and a tad deep ruby gooseberry. The duration of the aftertaste is medium. The mouthfeel is extraordinarily juicy and very cidery. Nevertheless, the back label says that this is an Apple Ale. It's both relatively sappy and simultaneously a bit dry. Moreover, the mouthfeel is lip-glueing. Considerably unbeery indeed!
