Pale Ale with crispiness resembling a lager yet there's an underlying ale quality with hint of fruity notes. Nice to see an ale with classic Saaz and Nelson Sauvin hops. Works well and will have another.

Hyvvee pale alee

Mattes bis fast glanzfeines Bernstein steht im Glas, dazu recht viel Schaum. Gebraut mit Saazer und Nelson Sauvin ist es eher kein typisches amerikanisches Pale Ale. Eher wenig Nase, etwas dumpf und erdig, dazu minimale süßliche Frucht. Der Antrunk zeigt sich recht rund, auch hier absolut keine typischen Fruchtnoten, die ich von einem American Pale Ale kenne. Etwas weinartig (wohl vom Nelson Sauvin) und ziemlich spritzig, dazu nach hinten raus malzig und angenehm süßlicher werdend. Das ist ein recht homogenes Bier, das gut fließt, aber auch etwas überraschungsarm ist.

Ihan Ok olut. Hieman hedelmäinen. Olisin kaivannut enemmän Pale Ale tyypillistä makua. Tämä olut kallistuu myös lagerin puolelle. Jos ei tietäisi tämä PA luulen kaikki luulisivat lageriksi

Apres 4 jours a Corfou j ai enfin trouvé une bonne craft ( de l ile d Eubée) Pale ale bien houblonnée tres florale Le houblon Nelson sauvin faisant son petit effet !
