![Friday's Pale Ale 4.7%, Septem Microbrewery, Greece](https://pintplease.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/beer/profile/fridays_pale_ale_13950-1.png)
Fresh, unpasteurized, filtered beer.
Golden-copper color, with orange highlights and creamy foam
It is characterized by impressive aromas of peach and lime against a background of musky flowers and roasted almond. Slightly sweet taste, with an oily, balanced mouthfeel and a long aftertaste dominated by citrus and floral aromas, characteristic of Nelson Sauvin hops.
IBU: 31
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Saaz
Malts: Crystal Light, Maris Otter

Pale Ale with crispiness resembling a lager yet there's an underlying ale quality with hint of fruity notes. Nice to see an ale with classic Saaz and Nelson Sauvin hops. Works well and will have another.
