BEER: The Vine (2015) BREWERY: Cascade Brewing BEER STYLE: Sour (BA) COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 10.1% COLOUR (EBC): Peach Yellow (20.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Yeasty honey with wildflowers. Deep with grapes and all. Niiiice. HEAD: Nonexistent. GREY’S VIEW White Wine Barrel Aged Sour w/ Gewürztraminer Grapes. Really sour first bite! Loads of gewürztraminer grapes with juicy and tangy flow. Honey is deepening the feel with wildflowers and slight hints from spicys. Backend offers white wine feel with peeled truffels, some earthiness and also pine forests to be more exact. Mouthfeel is lively and semi bouncy. Lively and all. OTHER NOTES: Almost honey forward sour with plenty of sour and grapes. Kicks your being outside the window if you aren’t aware of it. BOTTLED 2015 TASTED 2021
