India Pale Ale hopped with El Dorado and Simcoe. "The underrated dark horse of the original Augment trio is back once again! Patternist gained a massive cult following thanks to it's no frills El Dorado and Simcoe hop bill, albeit hopped up to the absolute nines, and its ornate tiling artwork garnering amazing feedback. A favourite amongst the staff here at Polly's, and in the brew team's opinion, the best version to date, expect all kinds of high juice and low bitterness notes bursting from this incredible IPA."

It's been some time since I last had this brew, I won't review it in full so feel free to check the out the original one. This beer is so so soft but yet has carbonated texture in the mouth. El Dorado and Simcoe provides mega tropical and stone fruit vibes. It's very rich with massive flavour and a great example of Polly's brew co.
