A light, refreshing ale in the style of Anerican Pale Ale. Lightly hopped with New Zealand Cascade hops. Contains only malted barley, hops and brewer's yeast.

My wife was given a bottle of this homebrew in work. It pours deep gold in colour with a white head. Aroma is of malts and a hint of marmalade. Flavour is malty with subtle hints of citrus and biscuit, with a slightly bitter finish. Fairly light and easy to drink.
