Lucid, pale gold cider. A fast head pops up on the surface and leaves this universe quickly. The bubbling carbonation still produces chaîns of bubbles from the bottom up. The scent is subdued, with apple juice predominantly. The flavor segment is as narrow as expected, I spot natural apple mash, a tad apple peel and a faint yeasty proposal somewhere behind the scenes. The mouthfeel is thin, juicy, natural, dry and somewhat sparkling. Quite nice despite thinness.
