Limoncello IPA with lemon from Naples. ORA’s Limoncello IPA is part of the series of specials exploring the sensory connections between brewing and gastronomic traditions. Recreating the velvet and creamy Limoncello from Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast, this has a lemon colour, lots of flaked oats for a rounded body and lactose for the “ice-cream” effect. With lots of lemons of course!

The 1st beer from this month's Beer 52 six nations box. It pours a slightly hazy deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma is of lemonade shandy. Flavour is of lemon, quite tart with it too.
