Mimosa IPA: Brut Inspired Ale Brewed With Oranges Huge ripe orange aroma. Taste has the same thing. Ripe oranges. Very reminiscent of fresh squeezed orange juice. Some hop bitterness follows, and as expected, it's fairly dry. I've never had a mimosa before, but from what I understand, this is pretty spot on flavor-wise. The little bit of hoppiness reminds you it's an IPA. This is very tasty. It won't be around for summer, since it's a one off beer, but I can imagine this would make a tasty, refreshing summer beer. 4.25/5
