Un nez sur les levures, en bouche c'est un mélange d'acidité (Berliner Weisse oblige) et de notes de coco.
C'est assez alcoolisé pour ce type de bière, mais c'est bien fait, original, et il y a du goût, bref c'est plutôt une bonne surprise alors que je m'attendais au pire.
