The last park beer in Australia -- straight from the can as usual. Our flight back home is later today. All good ends once. The scent is colossally citrusy: bags of zesty lemon pulp and grapefruit juice get a sweeter tone from a tiny dollop of fresh pressed orange. The tongue enjoys massive lemon pulp, loads of grapefruit zest and a generous punch of grated lemon peel. A drop of squeezed orange sweetens the gustatory supply attractively. Additionally, I find tiny pinches of durian, mango and pineapple. A recognizeable resinous tang brings in even more crispness onto the tongue. The ABV amounts to the fairly respectable 10 % but is absolutely nowhere to be felt. Gorgeous indeed! The body is medium-full to full, which deserves a big hand! Clap, clap! πŸ‘‹πŸ» The beer ends with surprisingly soft, fruity and somewhat resinous aftertaste that contains strong lemon zest, lots of juicy grapefruit and a tad orange. Various citrus peel and pith are also prominent. Of the rest of the more exotic, sweeter fruit, the finish still puts forward raw mango, pineapple and faint apricot, followed by an unexpected but more than welcome distant whisper of toffee. The aftertaste is not significantly long but lingers still quite nicely in every nook of the mouth. The mouthfeel is strong, truly crisp and surprisingly juicy. It's also appealingly soft, relatively smooth and deep. Moreover, the mouthfeel can be described really balanced, considerably coniferous and interestingly multilayered. Fantastic, huge beer! Me likes! This is a good way to say goodbye to Australia. Hasta la vista. I'll be back for sure. πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸ˜ŽπŸ’š
