Sour, clean and delicious. Very nice rasperberry flavour. Quite similar to the Berliner Wiesse Beer by Wayward Brewing.

Carriageworks Night Market 2019 @ Sydney. This is essentially a food festival but a few craft breweries are present here, too. The beer pours muddy and beautifully deep pink like watermelon juice. The head is off-white head relatively modest. The scent portrays extraordinarily sour lemon pulp and a good amount of lemon peel. The palate follows along the same proven track: lovely puckering lemon in all its forms. The light-bodied beer's aftertaste is equally sour and kicks the taste receptors' asses for quite a lengthy time. The mouthfeel is light, very juicy, substantially tart and truly puckering. It's also relatively dry and nicely summery.
