Impenetrable, yellow beer with subdued, hasty carbonation lays an extraordinarily timid, white head that dies almost immediately away. The scent portrays sour lemon pulp and a salty note. The palate is relatively salty and substantially refreshing: it offers bags of sour lemon pulp and grated lemon peel, a small dollop of orange zest and a distinct hint of mandarine. Salt accompanies the citrusy package in the close proximity. I also find a bit of guava and passionfruit in the taste. The low ABV of 3.0 % is well hidden. The body is light. The beer ends rather short with sour lemon juice, lemon peel followed by passionfruit and guava. The sweet citruses as well as salt have taken refuge elsewhere. The mouthfeel is light, truly tart, puckering, considerably juicy, really tropical and significantly summery.
