This is Theresianer Premium Lager as gluten-free version. Tested as beach beer 🏖️🍺
The beer colors translucent gold. Carbonation is reasonable and long-lived. A pretty velvety head emerges on the top, surpasses one finger and descends gradually downwards.
The olfactory sphere offers lemon, banana, biscuit and a meadowy floral note. The taste gives slightly crisp pale malt, grapefruit peel, lemon pith and a small amendment of biscuit. A touch of yeast lands on the tastebuds surprisingly noticeably.
The body is light. The finish reveals moderate bitter citrus with a recognizable yeasty nuance. The end vanishes after short to medium duration.
The mouthfeel is light, a bit stuffy, modestly crisp and drying. The major differences between this gluten-free and regular version are that the normal edition is sweeter while the gluten-free version is a bit stuffy. I prefer this one.

Erstaunlich trinkbar für ein Italienisches Bier ohne Gluten. Dennoch nichts besonderes
