Tasting paddle 3/10. Limpid, gold beer with a pure white, airy lace ring wafting on top. The nose receives an odd odor of fish and a bit of lemon zest. The tongue senses somewhat fruity elements such as lemon peel and lemon pulp and a bit of cereals. The body is light. The beer finishes with lemony and grapefruity aftertaste over short to medium term. The mouthfeel is light, summery, somewhat juicy and very moderately tart. Not a winner.
