Enjoyed straight from the can in the park. No appearance and head can be described.
The fragrance offers medium-sweet brown bread, a tad brownie and a decent amount of dark chocolate. The palate gives aromas of bitter brown malt, a bit of brown biscuit, a small bite of dark chocolate and light dry hops.
The body is light-medium. The beer ends with light-piney hops, bitter bread dough, some rye malt and brown biscuit. A suggestion of raw chocolate lingers in the back of the mouth. The aftertaste teases the tastebuds, generally speaking, over a rather prolonged duration.
The mouthfeel is faintly crisp, medium-strong, relatively soft and distantly mouth-drying.
