Upside: not as sweet as the traditional Australian apple cider. Downside: rather than being crisp, the added acidity feels slightly artificial. But, overall, light and pleasant.

Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Lucid, strawberry-nectar-hued cider with effervescent, sparkling carbonation builds a pure white, tiny-bubbled head that reaches two fingers and dissolves hastily down to a thin lace ring.
The scent is floral and fruity, apple is light-sweet and a bit synthetic. The taste is decent: apple juice is neither sweet, nor sour, but something in between. A bit of essence can be detected. The aftertaste vanishes quickly from the mouth.
The mouthfeel is very light, somewhat fresh, slightly artificial. Not my cuppa.
