Okay, I've never tried ginseng - I associate it with herbal tea, and I hate herbal tea. This is a ginseng saison, and I love a saison. I don't get ginseng from it, but then I'm not entirely sure as I've never tried ginseng, but as a beer it's slightly peppery, slightly sour, quite dry and floral. I like it
