Flight 3/5.
Transparent, copper beer releases a silky, cream-colored head that shrinks slowly to a dense ring on the top.
The scent displays bread with a strong grainy edge, malt with a caramelly twist as well as a bit of horse stable. The taste is malty and grainy, hops are slightly piney. I also find a bit of fermented raisin.
The body is light to light-medium. The aftertaste is bitter, medium-hoppy, offering a pinch of spruce needles, some malt and a grainy touch. The aftertaste lingers in mouth for a medium to long time.
The mouthfeel is medium-crisp, a bit strong, earthy, somewhat dry and slightly mouth-drying.
